We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive new client acquisition.
Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Executive at BH Compliance, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and acquire new B2B clients within the US market, with a specific focus on companies engaged in business activities across Latin America. You will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B customer base and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their compliance needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. This is a challenging and rewarding B2B sales position that offers excellent growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the legal services, compliance, or professional services industry. Experience selling to US companies conducting business in Latin America is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements for US companies operating in Latin America. Familiarity with the Latin American business environment and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets, with exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, as required.
- Must be fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
