Susana Sierra, CEO of BH Compliance, has been selected as one of the 50 women leaders in the United States by “Santander W50” (SW50). This initiative promotes the development of female business leadership. The program highlights 50 C-level executives from 11 countries, including Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, the U.S., Spain, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay. In this edition, she was the only Chilean on the U.S. list, underscoring her influence and leadership in the country’s business landscape.

This recognition highlights Susana’s work in the U.S., where she has lived since 2021 when she opened BH Compliance’s new office to measure the effectiveness of compliance and corporate governance practices. The company enables businesses to assess and verify the efficiency of their internal policies and procedures while facilitating the early detection of potential gaps to address them in time.

“I am very proud to receive this recognition outside my home country, as it rewards the effort and commitment that my team and I have invested in expanding our solutions to promote best business practices,” said Sierra. She added, “Without a doubt, this is a great motivation to continue forging my path in a field that constantly challenges us to innovate and strengthen leadership in line with today’s evolving landscape.”

Susana Sierra is a global leader in compliance and corporate governance, recognized for her work promoting best practices, ethics, and transparency in the private sector. Among her notable achievements, the World Economic Forum (WEF) selected her as a Young Global Leader (YGL), a distinction aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of influential professionals in building a more sustainable global future.

In addition to her role as CEO of BH Compliance, Susana serves as a board member of the Chilean-American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Chile), the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA), and the Financial & International Business Association (FIBA). She is also a mentor at Endeavor Chile and was formerly the president of Chile Transparente.
