Recent corruption cases have made companies question their actions and which are the daily practices that can lead them to an illegal act.

Semana Económica together with BH Compliance made a guide of unethical behaviors that are overlooked and suggests how to discourage them. Among them is the focus on how to grow, i.e. paying attention to how ambitious goals are met; meetings with clear protocols; knowing each other in detail; activating protocols for making ethical complaints, and avoiding bribes.
