On Friday, March 24, BH Compliance held the first meeting of “Compliance Dialogues in the Metaverse”, where professionals linked to the compliance areas met to begin to explore together this physical-virtual world, to learn about its potential risks and opportunities for companies, and thus prevent possible crimes that can be carried out through this space.
New technologies, such as the metaverse, represent an important challenge for companies because they must face an unknown world, as well as a series of ethical dilemmas that they will have to overcome. Therefore, they must know how to deal with them, learn and not close themselves to them, because they are a reality and will only continue to advance.
Through “Compliance Dialogues in the Metaverse”, we seek to learn about a reality that is here to stay and that will also represent a series of benefits for companies that they will have to know how to manage.
