Susana Sierra, CEO of BH Compliance, has been appointed Vice President of the South Florida Chapter of the Private Directors Association® (PDA), where she will contribute her expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and board-level oversight.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Chicago, PDA is a U.S.-based professional organization dedicated to advancing the success of private companies through the development and optimization of boards composed of qualified and diverse members prepared to provide strategic insight and strengthen organizational growth, sustainability, and resilience through effective value-driven governance.
Her appointment comes at a particularly challenging time, as board governance is being tested by increasing uncertainty, technological disruption, and the accelerating pace of change. In this context, forums for dialogue, reflection, and discussion such as those promoted by PDA are especially relevant.
Regarding this new role, Susana stated that she “looks forward to helping elevate the quality, relevance, and rigor of boardroom conversations, because better governance starts with better questions and creating space for constructive dissent.”
This new position further reinforces Susana Sierra’s role as a leading voice in the corporate governance conversation in the United States, at a time when governance continues to gain prominence on the agenda of business leaders worldwide.
