Our CEO, Susana Sierra, has been appointed Vice President of the South Florida chapter of the Private Directors Association® (PDA), where she will contribute her expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and board-level oversight.
Her appointment comes at a particularly challenging time, as board governance is being tested by increasing uncertainty, technological disruption, and the pace of change. In this context, spaces for dialogue, reflection, and discussion—such as those fostered by PDA—are more relevant than ever.
Regarding this new role, Susana noted that she “looks forward to working to further elevate the quality, relevance, and rigor of boardroom conversations, because better governance starts with better questions, as well as spaces for constructive dissent.”
